Budget & Financial Analyst – Landis Communities

Full-time salaried position reporting to the CFO. Oversees and guides Landis Communities’ annual budget process. Provides and supports financial modeling, projection, and analysis work for new venture efforts. Supports continuing disclosure, tax filing, and other financial processes. Provides financial analysis to support internal decision making. Qualifications include 5 years’ experience in a related role; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; proficiency in computer and other technology required for the role. Senior living experience preferred. Should possess effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with peers, and an understanding and appreciation for Landis Communities’ faith, values and goals. LPN Director of Wellness

Welsh Mountain Home, an affiliate of Landis Communities, is seeking a Full-time LPN Director of Wellness for a 48 bed Personal Care Home in New Holland, PA. This role will provide clinical oversight of the Personal Care Department in conjunction with the Director of Resident Services. Educational and Experience Requirements : Must hold active & current License as a Practical Nurse in PA, Must have previous Personal Care Home experience, Knowledge of DHS 2600 Regulations, Must have previous Supervisory experience.  Typical hours will include Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.. Must have availability for a flexible schedule and willingness to participate in the emergency on-call rotation.  Seeking Billing Coordinator Residential & Personal Care

Landis Communities is seeking a Billing Coordinator.  This team member performs billing and collections for Residential Living and Personal Care residents, residents on Medicaid, and miscellaneous non-resident billing for Landis Communities and affiliates. Responsible for all aspects of billing process including census maintenance, private pay and Medicaid billing, write-offs, reimbursement rule maintenance, select payment processing, and A/R collections and follow-up. Assists with Stewardship of Assets data and Medical Assistance application process. Provides back-up to the Healthcare Billing Coordinator.
