Executive Director of Welsh Mountain Home

 

Leads all aspects of Welsh Mountain Home Personal Care Home and Mountain View Terrace affordable housing. Responsible for maintaining strong donor relations, relationships with staff, residents, families and service vendors. Full-time Salaried position. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Services field. Master’s degree preferred. 5 years management experience required. Holds and maintains Personal Care Administrator license or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment. Director-Operations & Administration, Community Initiatives 

 

New full-time salaried position for expanding program.  Oversees and manages the essential operational activities of growing and delivering a high quality and efficient Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and affordable and market rate housing.  Works with leaders to identify and vet potential business opportunities. Leads and manages projects related to key initiatives in support of organizational goals and objectives. Provides solutions to improve the internal functions and processes, establishes metrics and dashboards to monitor progress. Is accountable for business outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in business management or human services field. Master’s degree preferred. Ten years plus in leadership/management. Proven track record in operations and managing complex projects. Possesses good communication and organization skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and business lines. Creative problem-solver and critical thinker.

Landis Communities Admin Assistant & Receptionist 

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing skills are required as well as experience in a related role.  It is important to have Proficiency in general office management and word processing as well as computer and related technology.  The position needs someone with good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills who has a pleasant personality with flexibility and adaptability for frequent interruptions.

Description: Serves as Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Community Initiatives, provides primary receptionist and telephone coverage at the Crossings entrance and supplemental administrative support for Landis at Home. Provides general administrative assistance to other departments in the Crossings office suite as needed.

Nursing Home Administrator – Landis Homes

Requires NHA license in PA with a BSN strongly preferred. This role oversees the day to day management of 103 healthcare residents which includes a short stay rehab unit and memory support households in a supportive, resident-focused environment known for positive outcomes. Role involves collaboration with Penn Medicine/LG Health’s Preferred Provider Network. Planned Giving Officer

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in related role required with knowledge of various planned giving instruments and applicable tax law. Possesses good communication skills, relates well to the general public, staff, residents, clients, family members, and professional peers. Works independently, is well-organized, and is able to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Description:Identifies and meets one-to-one with current and prospective donors to build relationships, explain planned giving opportunities and invite support. Maintains working relationships with deferred gift administrators and coordinates planned giving educational sessions. Executes marketing and cultivation strategies for planned giving. Responsible for setting planned giving goals in line with Advancement Plan, monitoring progress and working to achieve results.

Part-time 32 hours bi-weekly, primarily day shift
