Landis Homes is currently recruiting an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator. This newly created role will be an integrated part of the leadership team for our campus and will be a member of our operations team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Nursing Home Administrator on projects regarding health center operations and initiatives. She/he will provide oversight, direction and coordination of the referral and admission process for all admissions in the health center and personal care center.
A bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Nursing or related field is required. If the degree is in nursing they must hold an unencumbered license as a RN. An unencumbered license as a Nursing Home Administrator in PA or the willingness to obtain is required. Broad experience in a healthcare setting will be important for success.
