Residence Manager – Steeple View Lofts

PT (16 hours/week) Property Manager position at Steeple View Lofts, a Landis Communities 55+ rental community in downtown Lancaster with 36 apartments. Potential for FT as new properties added. Responsibilities include giving tours to prospective residents, leasing apartments, supporting centralized accounting department with collection of rents, coordinating maintenance and repairs, as well as regular interactions with the residents. Real estate leasing and property management experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word required. E.O.E.

Vice President of Technology/CTO

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide strategic vision for and leadership in all aspects of our technology-related work, including communicating with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role, as is being well-versed in current technological trends and familiarity with a variety of business concepts.  

Actively supports the CEO and Senior Executive Team with analysis and evaluation of technological trends and is an active participant in the long-range planning process for a growing Landis Communities, which includes a large continuing care retirement community, affordable and middle-income age 55+ communities, and a wide-range of home and community-based services. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred. Should possess effective communication skills, ability to lead a team and collaborate with peers, and have an understanding of and appreciation for the Landis Communities’ faith, values and goals.  E.O.E.

Part Time RN Campus Supervisor

Responsible for leadership of all Landis Homes staff that are on duty during his/her working hours. Duties include responding to emergency calls from residential residents, managing staffing issues as they occur (call-offs, sudden illnesses while on the job, no shows, etc.), and assisting with regular staffing shortages on a more long-term basis. Holds staff accountable for care given to residents in accordance with established Landis Homes’ policy and procedure and State and Federal guidelines. Functions on behalf of Landis Homes Administration and intervenes in any situation requiring supervisory input and decision-making, exercising good judgment in knowing when to consult with appropriate off-duty management and/or healthcare professionals, such as resident physicians.
