Landis Communities seeks Director of Risk Management and Compliance

Full-time salaried position supporting Landis Communities, including Landis Homes and other affiliates. Responsible to lead Risk Management, Compliance and Quality Improvement, coordinate related education, and provide organization-wide policy oversight.

Prior experience in Risk Management, Compliance and Quality Improvement initiatives required. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of PA preferred, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Education, or related field and prior experience in the education of adult learners.

Should possess effective communication skills, ability to lead a team and collaborate with peers, and have an understanding of and appreciation for the Landis Communities’ faith, values and goals.

Welsh Mountain Homes seeks Personal Care Aides. Both Full and Part Time shifts

Landis Communities affiliate Welsh Mountain Home is seeking caring and qualified persons to serve as Personal Care Aides for a number of shifts with both full and part time positions available.  

Welsh Mountain Home has a variety of living options from which to choose. Private rooms with both shared and private bath options are available. Each resident is provided with three well balanced meals and two snacks daily, served in our dining area. Living rooms and sitting areas are available for relaxing, reading, working on puzzles, or sharing a game. Several covered porches and outdoor seating areas are available to visit with guests or enjoy the outdoors.

New role serving as part of an expanding Human Resource team that supports over 550 employees. Key responsibilities include receptionist and administrative duties. Previous office experience required; HR experience preferred.
