End-Of-Life Curriculum

Following God’s call to creatively serve the diverse needs and interests of older adults by developing opportunities and collaborative relationships.

Landis Communities and Everence enjoy deep connections.  Many residents and team members use Everence services and we appreciate the shared values between the organizations.  If your small group or church group is participating in Everence’s End-Of-Life curriculum, we have a number of speakers that might be useful as you study.  You can learn more about this resource here. We have team members and residents who are willing to share about their experiences with this resource and from their own thinking.  Sessions include

  • The benefits of planning well
  • Tame and wild dying
  • Advance care plan for a peaceful departure
  • What to do with my body
  • Necessary family conversations
  • Making your wishes known
